Rebuilt an internal platform that helps IT teams predict and respond to incidents faster, with accessibility and usability at the center of every decision.
What I did
I built an internal predictive incident correlation web application. The platform needed to help analysts move faster without sacrificing accuracy. I redesigned the critical infrastructure dashboard with that goal in mind, making sure it was not just functional but genuinely usable for a diverse range of analysts. I also led a user research initiative conducting multiple user interviews and usability testing sessions to make sure decisions were grounded in real user needs, not assumptions.
Results
Improved both incident response times and analyst productivity measurably. Left behind a product that actually works for the people using it every day, which is always the goal.
