Built a real-time coaching tool that helps people communicate more inclusively, right inside the tools they already use every day.
What I did
I conceptualized and developed an inclusive language coaching web application integrated directly within an enterprise collaboration platform. The idea was simple. Don't make people change their behavior by switching tools. Meet them where they already are and help them communicate better in real time.
Results
Shipped a working product that lives inside one of the most widely used collaboration tools in enterprise. The kind of project that sits at the intersection of technology and humanity, which is exactly where I like to be.
