Enterprise-Wide Accessibility Automation

What I did

I independently designed and shipped a Google Lighthouse CI integration into our engineering pipeline. I taught myself Docker and CI/CD to make it happen. Nobody asked me to. I saw a gap and I filled it. I also presented the approach at an internal summit, which is where things got interesting.

Results

The initiative attracted attention for enterprise-wide adoption. What began as one engineer's self-initiated project became the foundation for a company-level accessibility strategy. It also established me as a thought leader in inclusive design within my organization.
