What I did
I drove the complete engineering direction for a full-scale redesign of an enterprise security monitoring dashboard. This was not a feature update. It was a platform level transformation. I made critical architectural decisions on API efficiency, page rendering, and scalable UI patterns that directly impact every user's experience, load times, and workflow efficiency across the product.
Results
Successfully launched to a large customer base worldwide. Every user's experience improved. Load times, workflow efficiency, and accessibility all leveled up. One of the most complex and impactful things I've shipped.
