Built out of pure frustration with a problem my team was living with every day. PMs and engineers going in circles every quarter, nobody building anything to fix it. So I did.
What I did
I built a tool that transforms rough inputs, one-liners, tickets, unstructured notes, into sprint-ready specifications grounded in the actual codebase. It collapses what used to be multiple clarification cycles between PM, Engineering, and Design into a single streamlined handoff. I conceived it, designed it, and shipped it on my own.
Results
Already have internal users on it. The traction has been really encouraging. The kind of problem I love, the ones quietly slowing teams down that nobody stopped to fix yet.
